Our web-based digital asset management tool allows our clients across all industry sectors to store, file and locate their digital collateral, anywhere in the world and at any time. It also incorporates advanced project management software giving a transparent view of our high-resolution workflow and enabling real time collaboration between selected colleagues, clients and suppliers throughout the production process, right from start to finish.
There are no IT issues as any web-enabled browser can be used (including Blackberry or iPhone) to login from wherever you are, to check, comment or approve any aspect of your project. Confidentiality is assured by a password, which can be tailored to allow limited permission to the site dependent on status.
Interactive options enable upload and download of high resolution image or page files, online proofing, final file creation, hard copy proof ordering and final dispatch; effectively tying all our services together. Bespoke workflows can be created for automating tasks such as generating web forms and remote approval, making the whole production process faster, easier and in the long run more cost-efficient.
